Andre Fearon, Founder & CEO
Andre Fearon is a highly respected travel industry expert with over 30 years of experience delivering exceptional travel solutions across the globe. Beginning his career in traditional travel agencies, Andre has personally visited more than 100 countries and cities, gaining unparalleled insight into the world’s most sought-after destinations.
A qualified writer, Andre went on to contribute to the travel section of The Daily Telegraph, where he also helped manage the prestigious Telegraph Travel Awards. His diverse career spans multiple sectors of the travel industry, combining editorial expertise with hands-on operational leadership.
Most recently, Andre founded Centurion Aviation in 2020, successfully growing and exiting the business with its sale in September 2025—demonstrating both his entrepreneurial vision and commercial acumen.

Today, we operate an office in Madrid, specialising in executive aviation across Spain and Europe, alongside our UK base in Southsea. Poland Ski Zakopane
Magdalena Fearon, Director EM Ski Club
Magdalena is a former NHS midwife and a Dental Practice Manager Married to the CEO, one their first holidays together was in Zakopane, Polands most famous ski region. It was there they fell in love and discovered together the beauty of sking and local culture. It has everything a modern ski resort has and at half the price where local traditions ares still very much kept alive.
My husabnd used to ski in France and Italy but has now changed his mindset on what a sking holiday should be, and Zakopane has it all. It might not have the longest ski runs comapred to the rest of europe but there is plenty of variety for everone of all standards.
The local food is amazing as well!
Magdalena runs the Ebel Muller Polish Ski Club and is responsible for bringing in new clients to discover the amazing ski areas of Zakopane and bordering Slovakia.
